Super floral on the nose, with strong notes of lemon peel and river rock. The palate is surprisingly lush/ripe and full bodied for a Vermentino - maybe the 14% ABV talking here. I also get a hint of spearmint and stone fruit in the midpalate. Bracing lively acidity throughout. Long finish for an Italian white. Awesome with goat cheese and a fig/olive tapenade. — 9 years ago

Intenso profumo di agrumi gialli, cedro tra tutti , accompagna nuance di fiori attenuandone le sensazioni più dolci. Erbe officinali , salvia, si mescolano a leggeri ricordi minerali di pietra focaia. Ecco che l'assaggio si completa con una sensazione citrina di succo e scorzetta di lime . It's an alive and living Greco di Tufo, produced with metodo ancestrale. The smell is amazing, fruity, marmalade and ginger. In the mouth is extremely fresh and rich, peach tea, sweet and sour and gently effervescent. A niche and rare wine! So happy to have tasted it — 10 years ago
