13' Château Boswell Absolutely Louise. It's a blending of "selected barrels" of Dutton Ranch/ Rued/Ritchie/ Sebastopol vineyards. Similar to the Voyage blending. These selected barrels are of a "softer"style. Decant for a bit...Drink at cellar temperature!
Château Boswell with winemaker Russell Bevan are just making some amazing Chardonnays (all unique).Tropical fruits are abundant, cider with some vanilla and a splash of acidity. So well balanced!

Lavender, smoke, rice cake, sparkling summer river water, ripe, red plum aromatics. Raspberry, plum, light cedar and cinnamon, dry oregano, sandy soils echoing fine grained tannins. Silky, plum oil seductively lounges on your tongue, undulating through the rich black olive and plum cider finish. — 10 years ago
Cheesy, clean, good stuff — 10 years ago
Light to moderate carbonation, no head, small to medium sized bubbles. Pale yellow, incredible clarity. Perfumed pear aroma spread across three feet of airspace within five seconds of pour- impressive. Good tart blend of pear and apple flavors, made with organic juice from both apple and pear and nothing else. Dry, tasty. Another quality adult beverage from Finn River — 7 years ago
Not much peach but nice and funky like a Norman cider. — 7 years ago
Golden yellow, slight brown tinge, light to moderate carbonation. Slight spice, perfumes floral and Macintosh aroma profile in nose. Beeswax and floral notes in mouth, malic and citric acid, slight cinnamon or paprika like mouthfeel in finish, dry to off dry, slightly tart aftertaste. Minimal bitterness and astringency. Yummy. Another quality cider from Finn River — 8 years ago
Super delicious with an angular, bittersweet bite. Lot 15 — 8 years ago
Pale yellow white in color with large bubbles. McIntosh aroma profile with hints of pineapple, tropical fruit and gingerbread cookie. Very clean apple flavors in mouth with some lingering almost hot ginger on finish, tactilely so with carbonation spritz. Another winner from Finn River. So nice to have a well made cider, and one with ginger that's not overpowering its apple flavors — 9 years ago
Enjoying CO Sunsets with a great glass of local vino while getting dolled up for Emily & Josh's ceremony. Their pear cider is perfect for the river as well...! — 9 years ago
Bright juicy apple aromas. Subtile sweetness and apple lead to delicious gentile cherry notes and soft creamy bubbles. — 10 years ago

Again what this AVA excelled in for my taste, Dark fruit well balance. Not ideal for 100 degree wine tasting weather but that is why they also have a brewery and cider house in town.. Squirreling away for winter. — 7 years ago
My favorite flavor profile of sort of bready cider — 7 years ago
Great cider for holiday time - cranberry spice hard apple cider. Pinkish tinge, lots of bubbles. Looks like wine. — 9 years ago
Apple cider vinegar on the nose. Taste is elegant cola, if that makes any sense. Delicious. — 9 years ago
Hint of oak, but not too much. By far my favorite Chard At Balletto. Very smooth! — 10 years ago
Magnum! In contrast to the Finn Magnum, this was too sappy too much cola with not enough acidity. Past its prime? We may taste this Tomm and see if it yields anything different. — 10 years ago
2006. Apple cider vinegar leads to holiday spice body. — 10 years ago
