On the palate lemon, peach, and golden plum with notes of saline and hints of tangy white pepper with a subtle creaminess to the finish when it’s warmed up a bit. On the palate with some weight (Encruzado influence?), a touch creamy, with some underripe white peach, white tea, a hint of bitter almond with a salty tang towards the mineral finish.
