What a lovely wine. Age served it well. Complexity galore. Electric tension with perfect balance. Rather subtle lemony nose but explosion of floral notes and oily sweet texture. Yummy. Didn't know still have 4 bottles. Even more impressive 3 days later. Acid and fruit and sweetness in precisely the right balance. Yum yum! — 10 years ago

Not a complex flavor but still rich and full. It went really well with the peppery steak I served it with! I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. — 10 years ago
One of the best Chardonnays I've had! Surprisingly good for a $5 bottle of wine. — 11 years ago
Oh Lord! Sea spray, Sorrento lemon, electric minerality! Acid! — 13 years ago

Electric and palate staining in flavor intensity, this had classic lemon, lime, slate, and apple, with a touch of honeyed richness. Feinherbs are quickly becoming my favorite style of Riesling. — 10 years ago
So much going on and changes every minute. Like electric adult kool aid — 10 years ago
An eclectic blend that is deeply flavored, but with texture that comes across more medium body with tantalizing, electric acidity. Tasted in store with @Steve Matthiasson #matthiasson — 11 years ago
Great wine, bad pizza. Lunch break with the great T-dub Tim Losch... Electric Tavel Rosé from Mssr. Pfifferling between pressing old vine Carignan and treading Syrah/Viognier. #harvest2013 — 13 years ago

Wow. I've passed buy Huet's wines many times and finally took the plunge. Definitely adding this producer to my regular rotation. This is KILLER Chenin. Loads of acidity keeps this absolutely electric on the palate. Would love to buy another bottle and keep it in the cellar for 20 years to see where this goes. — 10 years ago
