Just opened another bottle of this to celebrate the World Cup win over Brazil. Unbelievably, even better than the last one. I don't think it will go another 31 years, but amazing verve and fruit.

One of our all-time favorite estates and one that is a hallmark of great Ruwer Valley Rieslings--delicate, elegant, downright pretty! This 1989 late-pick is a small botrytis bomb yet never heavy or cloying--a truly sensuous experience!
