Slightly reductive, rubbery nose, and a touch of wood. Tangy apple, with pineapple. Gentle mineral on a clean finish. Bottle disappeared quickly. — 5 years ago

Butterscotch, apricot. — 4 years ago
One of the best Syrahs I’ve had. Complex nose of bittersweet chocolate, raspberries, cherries, smoke. The wine was very focused and fresh for 14 years old. Blackberry, black pepper, graphite, with a hit of menthol on the finish. Sadly, the last bottle of 2006 they had. Would def buy this again. #dumol #theunionhotel — 5 years ago

2020 vintage. Lean and mean and mineralesque. Light-medium body. Will try to double park a bottle of this and excavate in 7-8 years. Beautiful example of this style. 4.13.23. — 2 years ago
