Wonderful aromatics and texture as usual for Fourrier. The 2018 vintage is a bit more closed than I expected. Pomegranate, cherries, hint of musk, white pepper on the nose. Young, but drinking so well with beautiful, pure, dark red cherry fruit. Nice tartness with that Morey earth in the background. No one in Burgundy captures such pure and delicious fruit flavors like Fourrier does. Can't wait to try the next bottle 5 years down the road. — 8 years ago
