Metodo classico nebbiolo from diano d' alba. Salmon pink core with clear straw on the rim. Elegant perfume of red rose, hint of minerality, ripen peach, slightly bruised yellow apple, creaminess, and buttery, yeasty bread aroma notes. Tight bubbles, crisp high acidity with hint of bitterness , soft red apple finish...Sexy wine.
