Great bold wine. Smoother than most reds I have had from Argentina. Similar to a spicey Cab with a peppery finish. — 11 years ago
Sicilian wine from the base of Mount Etna. 95% Nerello Mascalese, 5% Nerello Cappuccio. Soft but chalky, earthy, more low tones, herbaceous but not too much. Medium body, slight rhubarb, but again- not in the way wines can be when they are too young to drink. Really lovely wine. Apparently, the winery is no longer making wine due to lack of interest from the family heirs. — 12 years ago
Singed wood, dried tobacco, bitter almond, this has a lot to give. — 7 years ago
Great with our Mexican meal at Toucan Resort. Definite do over. I hope they have it at the LCBO in Ontario. — 9 years ago

Really spicy, sharp, but nutty too. Excellent
The acid is really strong, green apple, but has this amazing rich nutty thing going on as well. Really great. Enjoyed at mo's last kings formal as an undergraduate — 9 years ago
