Chard. Not Pinot. — 8 years ago
Complex for a basic Bourgogne Blanc. I usually don't like this much oak on Chardonnay, but this was nicely done. Layered and delicious. — 8 years ago
Simple with a toned down hit of concentration as it creeps toward your deeper digestive tract. It will soon be over and you will only remember how easy and delightful the journey was. — 9 years ago
Open in the morning, at night it was showing a mix of black & blue berries with a lot of sweet spices on the finish. Big, wide & long, it's a baby and needs another few years — 9 years ago
Very old school. Great stuff. — 5 years ago
Dark and rich. Spice and cola. Has a solid acid backbone. — 6 years ago
Nothing here to light my fire. Not the kind of bottle you want eating out in Beaune — 7 years ago
Soft and approachable. A bit of butterscotch on the nose. Beautiful looking but lacks some of the pure fruit I'd hope for. Good, but not profound. — 8 years ago

Encore un peu jeune. Mais on sent la côte de Nuit. — 7 years ago
Great nose. Open for a young bottle. And yet another Charlopin wine into my notes. Always seen the name, never had a taste. Thanks Weygandt. — 8 years ago
This is a very delicious little wine, it will make you very happy! — 8 years ago
Delicious but needed a day to open up. Enjoyed the last of the bottle on day two. — 9 years ago
Tough not to appreciate the nice balance between subtlety and expressiveness in this wine — 9 years ago

Started out very farmy and rustic. After an hour had beautiful cherry, raspberry, medium tannins, could taste and smell the whole cluster as there was slight tomato and green herbaceous notes. — 5 years ago
