Initially a muted nose which opened up to white and yellow flowers and with air, ripe fruit aromas - some minerality with a hint of oyster shell. On the palate ripe stone fruit reflecting the warmer vintage - some tropical fruit and ripe grapefruit as well. A saline touch at the finish. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. Delicious, gloriously wispy and mineral. Stone fruits, roasted nut, cream - nicely focused and so delicate. There's a nice savory yeastiness, almost sake-like. Picks up steam and fleshes out with air, acid kicks in on the finish. Could age a bit. Just lovely. — 5 years ago
