Good Chardonnay. Buy again. — 5 months ago
Vintage 2021 | see earlier note | 6 months barrel aging and this was to be seen in a gold colour that makes you think the wine is older when tasted blind | vines between 50 and 70 years old | fine smell with vanilla, ananas, mango and melon. A tingling bitter that gives the wine character imo, good acidity. My wine friends found it difficult to place the wine. — 6 months ago
Really nice blue fruit and fresh cherry with a super clean smooth palate and nice tannins. A little cedar and spice. . Balanced TBL — 10 months ago

Perfectly balance of tannins. Great acidity. Not too jammy either. Lovely — 5 years ago
You cannot really ever go wrong with a value CDR selected by Kermit Lynch. Well rounded fruit with subtle tannins and balanced acidity. Quaffable all day long. — 4 months ago
Forgot to take detailed notes, but this was nice. Not really any carbonic / natural / “new agey”notes, just a solid classically made gamay. Definitely has some structure, opened 4 hours before serving which was good. Didn’t sing on any one dimension of fruit / earth / acid / length / texture but was nice overall. — 5 months ago

Tamber Bey . 2018. Cabernet sauvignon. Yountville - Napa Valley. My new favorite vineyard in California. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good California cab. And when I say hundreds I mean hundreds. Finally!!!!!!!! This is the third bottle and they have all held true over the past six months. It’s not tart it’s not sour and has no crazy aftertaste. Just DANG good cab! Instead of describing what it is I’m going to describe what it’s not . Basically everything we don’t like in a wine is not here!!!!!! Only one more word: BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you will not regret this purchase! — 4 years ago
Picked this up a few months ago from the state store when I saw Louis Dressner. Seems different from the only other fleurie I’ve had. Lots of earth juice with raspberry. — 5 years ago
