Very good. — 5 years ago
Dude. We we’re eating Indian when we opened this bottle & it was the most perfect thing with the cuisine on the table. It’s mineral, it’s acid driven, it’s flavorful, there’s the right amount of RS with a refreshing zippiness that just kept me coming back for more. — 6 years ago
Slightly savory, lemon curd, salinity, sea spray, green apple, pear, lean with subtle toast almond, sour dough, mouse bubbles and racy acidity. Med plus to long finish. What a beautiful neat champagne could go with almost everything. — 7 years ago
Drinking well - earthy with a little funk — 8 years ago
Niiiccce. Huge limestone and contrasting canned pineapple and pear. Monster wine, lots of material here but still waiting to integrate. — 9 years ago
A nice burgundy. Smooth and a bit smoky at the end — 10 years ago
I really like this champagne. Crisp, fresh, certain aroma but not too rich. Good for matching with dishes. Not destruct the foods. Want to drink this as daily champagne. — 11 years ago
From a lieu dit surrounded by Gevrey. Definitely young but with a couple hour decant quite enjoyable and accessible. Tons of sweet cherry on the nose; aromatically really quite intense. Full on the palate, get more tannin than I was expecting, but very nicely balanced by a lot of acid. Enjoyed it with a roast chicken provencal but could have stood up to red meat too. Nice qpr at ~$30. Note this is not the “cuvee unique”, which apparently a 100% new oak bottling - this is the regular which is 85% old. — 5 years ago
Really fresh, yeasty, with steel, lemons and good definition. A lot of promise. Young — 6 years ago
Nice and light - had at richies with nuggets — 6 years ago
Nicely mellowed 2011 and still a good amount of the familiar Haisma spice. — 8 years ago
Disgorged Oct '14, Not familiar with this cuvée, but Aubry has been a hit with me, great richness, showing development, beautiful acidity. Really solid wine. — 8 years ago
Smoky, earthy, funky & awesome. — 10 years ago
2010 with such fresh crisp fruit. Meyer lemon and powdery minerality. Want to put away a few bottles, see the evolution. — 10 years ago

Cherry pie, rhubarb pie, and fresh strawberry on the nose. The palate displays dark cherry, cooked strawberry, cedar, white pepper, and solid minerality. A big bodied but silky Pinot with medium minus tannins, medium plus alcohol, and high acid. — 5 years ago
