Tons of fruit notes...fall fruits, stone fruits and clementines rolled into a rich wine that keeps its balance due to mineral and acidity on the edges. This one is special — 10 years ago

Yum yum. This is interesting! It's Chard with a bit more sun that the usual Burgundy (it is the cote chalonnaise after all). And it's got some ageing. Resulting in honey and acidity, but not that richness, creaminess that would be found in, say, a Chassagne Montrachet. Honey, some minerality, and good acidity. Some stone fruit like quince too. Good wine for sure, at an attractive price point for the region. — 10 years ago
Dark, structured, almost sparse. Great acid. Needs a couple of years, at least. — 10 years ago
