A beautiful wine from the Languedoc. A nice blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Bright red fruit with earthy and herbaceous notes. Pairs beautifully with lamb chops and beef entrecôte with marrow. Bergeron du Capucin Dame Jeanne 2013 vintage from Pic Saint Loup on 6/20/15. — 9 years ago

I would love to retaste these Charles Perez Bergerie wines. They pack a serious punch of blood, bacon fat, olive, and red fruit. — 6 years ago
Agree with other note. Interesting/ Enjoyable wine and an incredible value at $15. Focused and lean (in a good way). Dark fruits, dried herbs and light tobacco. Medium body. Good mouth feel and moderate finish. Needed 30minutes to settle. Would have guessed higher Cab Franc percentage. — 6 years ago
