WON for me. Currants, cracked pepper, rocky minerality, some wild flowers in the nose too. The palate is developed but definitely young, well structured but not too bony. Fantastic clean and precise finish. — 12 years ago
Precise, slender, avant-garde. Balance is king! Freshly cut apple skin, bony pear and stone fruit kernels. Goes from woody to steely and back again. Then a deep vinosity kicks in and leaves a soily-spicey linger. Most refined Brut Nature! Masters at work! Paired w/beef gulash. — 12 years ago
