As expected petrol nose. Time in the decanter did not provide much relief. Some folks would not even taste given the nose. Once you get past the gasoline lots of material. A concentrated wine with tons of citrus fruits . Concentrated and powerful with many years to go. Singular!

Feb 22nd, 20242010- did I just pull into a gas station? Intense petrol on the nose. A mouthful of minerals and limes that sucks out all of the saliva in your mouth. Based on my experience with the 2002 I expect this to mellow with time.

Amazing chalky/bony petrol. Acid is incredible, finish evolves forever.
