Semi-light body although quite intense and concentrated, The finish is of a beautiful length, carried by fleshy and coated aging tannins.

2015 vintage. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. If you are looking for blockbusters this might not be your thing. I used to think of Fronsac as very rustic wines that often lacked charm, but these days many fine wines can be found here. This one is all about elegance and gentle extraction. Ripe cassis and flowers in the nose. Gentle and effortless in the mouth, elegant and fresh with good spicy minty length. Lovely. Abv. 13,5 %. — 3 years ago
