On the palate, high acidity, medium body, high concentration of flavour. Finesse and elegance with great complexity, while still fresh and remarkably youthful. Fabulous. An interesting mix of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Chardonnay from oak barrels. Lovely fruit flavour from the meunier and wonderful subtle flavour from the oaked Chardonnay.. A smashing bottle of fizz from a cooperative I visited last week. — 7 years ago
