On the palate good volume with some light red fruits , red currant and cranberry complementing the , chalk tinged , lemon hints . Nice soft mousse body, yellow peach, tropical melons, pineapple, some lemon meringue, lime zest, slightly bitter apple cider, whipped cream, hard chalkiness, alluvial limestone, saline, sea fossils, bread crust, yeastiness, yellow florals, racey acidity, nicely balanced & structured with a finish that lasts 90 seconds.

Excited to drink this producer. Almond croissant with a stewed fruit glaze on the nose. Palette is like you drank briney sea water then popped a jumbo marshmallow and some Fuji apple.
