Clear, medium ruby colour. Clean, medium- intensity aromas of cherries, dried roses. Dry, medium acidity, silky tannins, medium intensity of flavours: cherries, cranberries, and spices. Medium- body & medium+ length finish. Went very well with Thanksgiving. — 10 years ago
Started off a bit tight but really is opening up to a toasty palate and nice, lingering vanilla finish. — 10 years ago
A really tasty and surprising white that is initially quite tropical but finishes with more precision than one might have expected. This is the second wine I've ever had from Vermont and am impressed. Thanks @Julia Geisler for sharing. — 7 years ago

That vintage is not a misprint. Abraham Lincoln was president when is cognac was produced. And yes we are indulging in it now. Words just can't describe this. All I can say is thank you Benjy! Words cannot describe this so I will leave it to your imagination!!!! Yes it is better then you can ever predict — 8 years ago

Pours quite light. Acid fruits on the nose. Just a bit of cream in the mouth, enough to leave an impression. Paired with Lake Erie pickerel and Ontario strawberries. — 7 years ago
