Meunier with power and grace! This 2007 had plenty of authority and texture balanced by fine drive and minerality. It went down very quickly with truffle popcorn and marcona almonds.

A magnum of joy, especially with Henry shucking NZ oysters that had flown in the same day! Super mineral and dominated by its Chardonnay half right now, this wine is just starting to develop some high class toast.

What a wine! Burgundy colored with a bit of beet and smoke on the nose, this delicate beauty found its strength with the duck confit. Still lively and a joy to drink, fully resolved tannin and good acidity!
