Dont drink the last two bottles, note to self! Another zelig of whites, so much development to go but is drinking prettily now. Still young w much snappy apple-ness, encased in a yeasty & mineral pearl. Had w mussels in saki & parsley, & simply sauteed trout. Yum — 7 years ago
