Medium–light bodied. Really faint tannins and mellow acids. Violets, herbs, earthy. At first taste was afraid it was too fruit forward but it quickly developed into a drier, more savory profile. Was delicious with the French dinner at Le Crocodile. — 5 years ago

This Provence pinkie shows a very light color in the glass, sort of an onion skin shade. The nose offers minerality first, a flinty aroma with strawberry and cherry notes more subdued.
