Great amarone. Classic, but a modernized version. Super complex, and multi-layered. Does not feel so overpowering, as some other amarone. It drank easier, without sacrificing the body. — 8 years ago

@Delectable Wine this is not labeled as “Classico”. A very elegant traditional style, mild oak, restrained (and not particularly raisiny) fruit. Lovely and ready to drink. — 6 years ago
17.5 maybe my best Amarone. Deep, full, long, soft but enough acidity. Had half the bottle 2 weeks ago, vacuumed, went abroad, back today and it has held up brilliantly. Note: 16% — 6 years ago
A really interesting white wine! Very fruity and somewhat acidic but still carries the tannins of a Nebbiolo. Held up nicely against a pasta with pumpkin sage cream sauce. Would love to have again! — 8 years ago
