Stone fruits and silky mouth feel. Lighter than many Talleys, but delicious nevertheless.. — 5 years ago
medium corral color; wild strawberries, watermelon, tangerine; mouth watering acidity, minerality; made from blend of 68% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre, and 9% Picpoul Blanc; $28 — 6 years ago

A rosé Rioja! Weird but delicious. Like a heavy rosé but not in a bad way. Darker on the tongue and muskier than a normal rosé. — 8 years ago

This is a tough rating for a special wine. ex-Chateau, pristine, wax cap. Unbelievable $69 a bottle on a case buy. Despite some serious overstocking issues, I am very glad I bought this. Intense flavors of leather and tobacco and such a vibrant profile after 1/2 hr in the decanter, it is hard to believe this is a 1975. Still a mellowed backdrop of acidity and such a classical fine Tempranillo. Based on QPR this is a great value and the pristine ex-Chateau quality make this is 9.4+ for me — 2 years ago
