Stunningly good cool climate SB. Crystalline and pure, zippy and intense minerality. Great weight, styled like a classic Sancerre or Pouilly Fume. Long elevage. Chestnut and acacia. Vineyards sit on the slopes above apple orchards. Very steep terrain. Phoenollically ripe. Delicious. — 6 years ago
Brilliant! Drinking so well right now. Great viscosity and texture. Very precise. Even got some corn tortilla from this one!!! @Neil Cornish — 8 years ago

Light. A bit of dryness. A little tart — 5 years ago
This was amazing. I’ve never had anything like it. The story told to me about this liquor is that the fruit comes from old old orchards on or near the Chave estate. Apricot trees used to be a big crop for the region a long time ago! this is a sublime drink — 6 years ago
Couldn't decide whether I like it. It's quite sweet when chilled but when warmer became quite cognacish. Smooth and very full bodied. Went beautifully with the Cornish hen — 8 years ago
Dry, light, crisp effervescent

From a favorite local vineyard. They never disappoint. This tastes like a margarita in wine form. Delish! — 6 years ago
For our thanksgiving dinner at home. Asian flavored Cornish hens. Complexity. Small bubbles. Fruity but not too sweet. — 7 years ago
Growing up on a working farm in NY, Paul experienced first-hand the influence of terroir on the character of fruit, his father had him taste apples of the same variety grown in different orchards several miles apart from one another. Aromas of berry fruits and herb notes. On the palate juicy blackberry and strawberry with black tea and herb spice. Elegant soft savory tannins on lingering finish ending with mineral tones. — 8 years ago
I'm so in love with White Rose. Paired with smoked Cornish game hen and wild mushroom risotto — 8 years ago
