Deep inky Ruby color with complex aromas of berry fruits, floral and spicy nose. On the palate flavors, blueberry and cherry fruit with spicy herb, cacao, vanilla and toasty oak. Fine soft tannins, well balanced, good acidity, long finish, almost creamy, ending with fruit, spice and oak. Will continue to age a bit. — 3 years ago

A wine that teeters on the edge of new and old world and toes the line well. Fresh stone fruit aromas and pineapple scents that meld well with herbs and citrus peel. Quite a complex nose. Flavors run the gamut around vanilla and more tropical flavors with a hint of salt and strong minerality. Good structure and medium acidity. Medium finish. Definitely worth drinking on the warmer side. — 3 years ago
