There's a majesty and respect in a 19 year old #champagne While I would say it was time to drink this teenager, I loved the confit lemon and honey notes and a hint of acidity to finish off. Nice. — 11 years ago

Drank 9/4/19. Paired with paprika rubbed pork loin. Happy to be able to grill again after Dorian.
Nose of red cherry, strawberry, underbrush, and a touch of cinnamon. Red fruit and underbrush flavors, with nice balance and a medium finish. Slightly preferred the '16, but very enjoyable nonetheless.
