I am going to rate this partially on the original tasting room experience in 2013. The highlight of this offering was the unique menthol/herbal tingle during a pronounced finish. Dark cherry swirled thru a medium/balance body. Nice acidity was striking considering the water logged vintage. Opened in Jan of 2017, the phenolic quality had produced more polished version after 5 full years of rest. The herbal aspect was more integrated and challenged me to love it afresh ;) I did!! — 8 years ago

Another one of my favorite Moscato's! Very sweet, strawberry hints but delicious! — 9 years ago
This is a decent white wine. A little more on the dry side, but has a good flavor to it. Comparable to some Chardonnays. — 9 years ago
Hiding in my cellar like that, but I can’t stay mad at you! Absolute golden color. The mineral, lanolin, and brioche nose gives way to chamomile, apricots yellow apple, quince, and honey flavors. Rounded mouth feel, but no perceptible residual sugars. I really am a sucker for a dry Chenin Blanc. MY wife found a killer Spring Valley goat cheese from Chester Spring, PA to have with this wine. — 7 years ago

Always a shock this comes out of Chester County, Pa. — 9 years ago
Clear deep orange in the glass. Big bosomy nose of white flowers and candied orange peel. Full rich body with medium plus acidity. Lilies and orange peel lead on the palate. Medium finish with a hint of wet stone. Great on its own, but lives for food. — 9 years ago
Ottos pizza Chester CT and this wine Epic! If only every Napa cab was made in this style. Complex beyond belief. — 9 years ago

Excellent. Didn't know a Pennsylvania red could be this good. Very unique in a good way. Worth seeking out. — 8 years ago
The taste from the start just by itself is amazing! The note of the wine is fruity berries with a smooth acidy finish, this wine mixed well with Wisconsin sharp Chester cheese spread on Ritz cracks, it made the wine pop even more with even more flavor. — 8 years ago
Chilled was crisp and tart, delicious local offering. Will be back for more. — 9 years ago
