This 10-year-old is drinking beautifully now. Rich and fruit forward with nice balance and complexity.

Here are my tasting notes for this wine:

Visual: Clear with a great pink hue, strong legs.
Nose: Strawberries and hints of sweetness 
Body: Light 
Palate: Strawberries and melon. Very little residual sugar.


How to serve: Best Served chilled, Can be at room temperature. 


Overall: Good wine that has very little residual sugar. Flavors of strawberries and melons.  This is a well balanced wine that would be good cold or at room temperature. Light fruity almost effervescent. Very versatile wine. Light fruity almost effervescent.

Light bodied, grassy and mineral on the palate, with notes of honeydew melon, maybe some ash, underripe green fruits, maybe herbaceous notes, but slightly creamy on the finish, with a palate or maybe green lush grass.
