On its way downhill. Still has some ripe fruit plus spice, cedar, cigar box, and leather nose but it faded into a funky, musty medicine cabinet if left to open for too long. Was good right after opening but quickly deteriorated.

Very good Columbia Valley Bordeaux blend. This one may be on the downward slope however. The initial nose was spicy with lots of cedar, dark red fruit and a hint of eucalyptus but after the first glass, many of the more delicate aromas faded to reveal the usual dominant Cabernet traits. The tannins have softened to a velvety texture and the finish was long and pleasant. Very nice overall impression even if it is on its way downhill.
