The nose reminds me of grandma's house with cedar and moth balls, rubber dodge ball, gravel, mini-bike tire after a ride on a dirt track. Dry, med-plus flavor intensity, light body, high acid, medium alcohol, citrus fruit, grapefruit pith, super tart. Would pair beautifully with chevre or oysters. — 10 years ago
