Seriously?! That this wine is drinking like this 6 days later is confounding and amazing.
Big props to John Raytek for that gem. It was an experiment with 100% whole cluster Carignan, submerged cap ferment (no punchdowns or pump overs). Really seriously so good and special.
Sticky Sweet Sativa, much better body high than Indica.
