A little reticent on the nose. Has a freshness and verve on the attack, but finishes a little short.
Update: after being open for 1/2 hour it opened up hugely on the nose. Creamy fruit. Even the finish lengthened. I added 3 points to the score — 9 years ago

Purposely tried it without ice first. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, a good champagne. Once ice was added, it turned into a totally different champagne for me. It became less fruity and felt so refreshing. — 11 years ago
