Dark fruit, earthy and mineral with saline freshness and unusually light body but with significant tannin. Delicious! — 4 years ago

Best nyxteri this year, (for my palate of course) — 9 years ago
Oaky tangy tart. Very nice. Honeyed roundness up front but the acidity slices right through leaving a bit of minerality at the end. — 6 years ago
Located opposite the Chateau d'Yquem, the Rabaud-Promis castle, on the hill Rabaud since the late eighteenth century. Sweet stone fruit aromas with hints of honey. On the palate full flavors of orange and peach with notes of citrus notes adding a bit of spice. Balanced acidity, rich finish ending with botrytis-like character. Very nice! — 7 years ago
Uncomparable to anything I've drank before. Very savory and saline. Almost like drinking sea water. Acidity is medium. Not much on the citrus side but there are some almond notes. Interesting. — 8 years ago

— 4 years ago
Akrotiri was our favorite 7 Villages in comparison to the Fira and Imerovigli because of the more pronounced salinity and more textured mouthfeel. — 6 years ago
Crisp, tart Rosè. Still with a Santorini acidity and notes of volcanic soil — 7 years ago
Excellent with a spicy finish. Sweetness started to fade after 30 minutes or so. But every sip was delicious. — 7 years ago
Full bodied, pleasant, hint of sweetness since it's origin is from the most ripe grapes on the vine. — 8 years ago
Is it weird that this wine reminded me of two very different wines??: COS Ramí and Sigalas Assyrtiko. The nose was apricots, dried orange peels and waxy honey that reminded me of the Ramí, but the killer acidity and tension took me to the Assyrtiko. Really, really cool wine. Nice to see something from a more daring Chilean producer. — 9 years ago
