Wow! Amazing after five years! One of the few remaining assyrtikos in Santorini that are made to last in the future. Crunchy vivid with notes of petrol. amazing value for money in this quality as well

Clear, pale, lemon with legs. Clean nose, medium plus aroma of melon, pineapple, citrus fruit, honey, oak, mocha, hazelnut, toast, butter and minerality. Dry, high acidity, mid alcohol, mid body, mid plus flavor strength and mid finish. Very good wine with good aging potential
