Very solid Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Steep Hill Importer-I like their portfolio as seems to emphasize true to type varietals. Nothing flashy, just good ol fashioned terroir. — 4 years ago
Tastes like funky strawberry jam. Good acid. A lot of malolactic fermentation. — 5 years ago

Nose has a little burnt firecracker action but the palate is completely on time. Lemon rind and almost like a cheesecake situation. Finish just goes and goes. Gives a nod to every single tastebud. If I could afford it, I'd drink these wines like they are the cure. — 10 years ago
Good acid to challenge my elk tartar. Could use a little more body, but very nice for my pallet. — 11 years ago
Compliments everything it's paired with. Give it time to open up. — 12 years ago
Pick this wine up from Costco at a very decent price and I was very satisfied. I drank this over three days and I want to say the second day was the best. It was definitely fruit-forward, full-bodied, and some pepper at the end. Not big on wines with pepper but this one did not disappoint and I would definitely buy again. — 5 years ago

Just drinking the summer Rose at will, wonderful and dry!! — 9 years ago
Noticable SO2 similar German Rieslings for example jumps from the glass, then citrus-saline appears. Great tension, cut and length for this 1er. Next day more lemon verbena with some tropical notes; more weight. Aeration helps as PYCM bottles with lots of sulphur dioxide to protect the wine. — 10 years ago
Gaillard: the gentlest giant of the Rhône whose wines are always what I want them to be and more. Wish you were here! — 11 years ago
Very elegant and pretty, low tannin, great acid. Leather, tobacco, earth, finishes red fruit. Lush and complex. — 12 years ago
Great balance of cherries, minerality and tannins. Decant and enjoy. Solid QPR. — 4 years ago
Always a fav. First taste of 2015 vintage, nice balance for the year, extraction is deft and carries some finesse to it. As usual, complex, layered, full of goutte de terroir. Layers of cherry from crushed to soaked, slight hint of prune, raspberry confiture, game, fur, roast beef, juniper, forest and cedar, pure garrigue, licorice root, ceylon cinnamon, chaparral, powdered sugar, 5 spice, singed tobacco, graphite, bitter cocoa. Still taut, the tannins need time to relax, but I think they will always have persistence in the wine. Ok with me. — 5 years ago

Several times, killer always. Punching way about its weight for both price and appellation. — 9 years ago
So fun and strange!!! Rich with interesting aromas of burnt wood and fresh oyster mushrooms. Lean acidity with salt on the finish. — 9 years ago
