This is ready to go right meow. The nose is a bit damp forest, red currant, touch of black pepper, muddy earth, and pebbles. There’s a lush and subtle tannic structure still with acidity that just hits the tip of the tongue. The fruit is still there, red, layered with leather and the muddy earth again, but it’s delicate and not funky, wet cellar. It’s yum. — 5 years ago
