White peaches, hint of lemon zest, slight acidity with nice nose that has a little oak. Very nice. — 2 months ago
Blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc & 35% Semillon, pale lemon-green color with pronounce aromas of tropical and stone fruits with herb notes, 25% new oak. On the palate flavors of melon, apple and grapefruit with peppers and a touch of herbs. Medium+ length, balanced lively acidity, ending with a fruit and mineral character. Very good to drink now, will benefit from bottle aging. — 4 months ago

Dark ruby, big mocha, chocolate, and raspberry on the nose. Heavy on the pallet with great gripping tannins. I love this wine. — 8 years ago
Just a great, soft 25 year old Bordeaux. Nice. — 11 years ago
as good as it’s going to get, which is quite good. Purchased in 2025 for $30. — 2 months ago
2016 vintage. Decanted (with little sed) and tasted after 1.5 hours and 3 hours. Medium body. In a state of transition currently. Holding back a bit and has lost that tail-wagging exuberance along with some of the supple qualities of youth. Feel like this wine is on a side quest and will return to the fold in the next 3-5 years. 10.11.25. — 3 months ago

Alive and kicking! And beautiful at that. The balance you want and come to expect in a top notch Sauternes between sugar, alcohol, fruits.

Opening with an interesting and unique orange zest character, then moving to tilled soil. Overall a fresh and mildly spiced nose. On the palate it shows the character but it’s quite harsh to undesired at the moment. — 9 months ago

2007 Petit Guiraud Sauternes. Excellent. — 12 years ago
Everything a white Bordeaux should be. extremely intense nose, feels oily before you taste it, spiced apples, vanilla, candied cedar, orange oil, lanolin. A tingling spicing sensation hits on the palate, followed by waves of citrus oil in a long finish, combining citrus both, bergamot and woodsy notes. It will balance out further with time, but it’s quite the experience already — 2 months ago
Medium light lemon gold , quite young looking . Aromatic apricot , white flowers , saffron , honey and citrus peel . On the palate quite rich with barley sugar , saffron , lemon peel , apricot , decent acidity , and ok length with apricot and honied lemon peel finish . Not overly complex but well balanced , with ok acidity , drinking perfectly now . Now and over the next 10 years — 3 months ago
Nose of nectarine, pear. Taste of grapefruit, apple. Medium body and acidity. Leaves a grapefruit dry aftertaste. — 7 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed after dinner. The 2003 pours a beautiful amber color with and transparent core; medium+ viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of honey, dried apricots, marmalade, marzipan, and candied nuts. On the palate, the wine is sweet with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose along with some tropical fruits: passion fruit and pineapple. The finish is long and decadent. Unctuous and a lovely way to capstone a meal. Drink now through 2053+ — 8 months ago
Archetypal Bordeaux - old world in style, but where the savory characteristics are well-integrated with common Bordeaux fruit notes. Well-structured and precise, with notes of blackberry, cassis, tobacco, cedar, and vanilla with a long, somewhat chalky finish. — 6 years ago
