I'm not usually a big fan of champagne but St. Julian's brut is definitely a 10/10! More complex flavors than I've had in any other champagne. — 7 years ago

Petrol nose with mild peach undertones. Smooth and dry with an increasing fruit body with a lingering finish. Notes of green apple and peach. Refreshing and reminds of a German Rheingau Riesling. — 5 years ago

Fresh, crisp, juicy & zippy. A bone-dry, mineral Kabinett. A joy!
Slate, hot stones, salt, a hint of white flowers and underripe peach. A touch of lemon peel.
On the palate this is filigrane, light, yet the juicy acidity gives this a huge energy kick. The finish last forever with a salty, spicy mineral edge to out.
This drinks like a dream and faster than you can describe it. Brilliant! — 4 years ago
