Fresh, crisp, juicy & zippy. A bone-dry, mineral Kabinett. A joy!
Slate, hot stones, salt, a hint of white flowers and underripe peach. A touch of lemon peel.
On the palate this is filigrane, light, yet the juicy acidity gives this a huge energy kick. The finish last forever with a salty, spicy mineral edge to out.

Bouquet is reserved, holding back the normal notes, but I do sense a subtle honey perfume.

Primary notes of cider and pears. Great to drink, but missing some complexity. I like the slight fine bubbles. A bit boozy too, which is interesting. — 5 years ago
