Light out nose. Complex and so mineral. Spice potpourri. Citrus oil, saffron. Cray nose. Uber rich. Very pure. Showing young like you would not believe. Sleek texture. Roses in mouth. Very pure. Long. Like an oil slick of Riesling. Acidity is insane. — 9 years ago
On the huxelrebe scale, this scores a 1,000. Wow. Cray unique. Came out brown and looked like it was def dead. No such luck with the hux punching you in the mouth with brown sugar, molasses, eucalyptus, cinnamon, and clove. Kind of like Madeira and Tokaij made a baby. — 9 years ago

Woah. A 30 year Cabrernet Franc. Fruity, tobacco, eucalyptus on nose and mostly fresh red fruit on palate. Cray. — 10 years ago

This wine is cray — intensely spicy, tropical, grassy aromas reminiscent of an IPA. But on the palate more like a funky sour beer with a floral note pervasive. Purty interesting! — 8 years ago
