Green apple, lemon, salt water, concrete finish. Tart and a little briny, barely bubbly. Very refreshing. Tastes like the beach. #hondarrabizuri #txakolina #txakoli #spain #basque #dogsofdelectable — 10 years ago

2009 - an aged txakoli not to be taken without suspicion. Golden syrup to the eye on pouring, the nose was not without interest.Maintained well, the dry front was still obvious as it should be. Our Basque meal was further enhanced by this aged beauty - take a punt if you find it. — 10 years ago
