Interesting wine. Almost like a sparkling wine but without bubbles. Lots of apple 😄

Did I wait too long? Plenty of acidity, with hay, white flowers, and matchstick notes (but not unpleasant.)

Fresh & smooth. a bit petillant

Frizzante. Crisp yellow apple, honeycomb, and almond paste on the nose. Fresh, medium body, apple and green melon fruit with an acid backbone. Well balanced with just enough fruit sweetness. Food wine.

Tangy!

Slightly effervescent mild but not wimpy

High acid, light body, dry, strong flavors and med + aromas, effervescent

Crisp, citrus, minerality, touch herbal

Paired well with pasta in pesto cream sauce
