I think is excellent fir sparkling ciders which I dont drink alot of....8% alcohol, bone dry..apples, yeasty, almonds...nothing complex which I wouldn’t expect it be..but refreshing...

Modern Basque cider? DARE I SAY IT?? Kill me.
