Wow! Great experience with this wine rarely tasted so old... clear tileed dress. After two hours in a carafe it completely fills the glass, the palate and the sinuses. A paradoxical mixture of aerial lightness (bright notes of strawberry and flowers) and a feeling of power linked to tight tannins of great persistence. Winning combination with a Saint-Félicien cheese and fresh baguette.

Un mélange paradoxal de légèreté aérienne (notes vives de fraise et fleurs) et sensation de puissance liée à des tanins serrés d’une grande persistance. Beautiful Beaujolais cru with Burgundian style. Bright macerated notes of cherry, raspberry. Infused caractere with nuances of liquorice, dried flowers and spices. Light on the attack, the final would tend towards the mid-bodied, with a nice concentration and complexity on a final with finely persistent mineral and tannins shades supported by partial oak aging that brings a lot of class.


Superbe cru du Beaujolais aux allures bourguignonnes. Notes vives de cerise, framboise macérées. Caractère infusé avec des nuances de réglisse, de fleurs séchées et épices. Léger de prime abord, la finale tendrait vers le mi-corsé, avec une belle concentration et complexité sur une finale aux nuances minérales et tanins finement persistants soutenus par un élevage partiel en fût qui apporte beaucoup de classe. Greenish goldish on the eye. On the nose it is sweet, honey like, with scents of orange blossom and stone fruits. On the pallet, it is heavy; starts off with a burst of freshness, followed by citrus acidity, and a sweet vanilla-like medium finish. Bold and intriguing with sweet intentions. Magnificent junction between Burgundy and Beaujolais, with this light red, floral, red fruits, gamay (?) that pinote splendidly. Bright acidity, finely persistent tannins; perfectly the type of wine that my palate loves.
