With 10+ years the acidic bite seemed to have lessened but still show some complexity still. Good pairing with the red. — 5 months ago

Vintage 2013 | 90 Tempranillo 10 Syrah | Warm, spicy, a bit rustic, rich. When wine has ripened it often is more difficult to determine its origin. My winefriends thought Barbera and I fully understand this. I drank it with a fillet steak and salad and I like the combination of velvety structure and rustic smell. It is a reflection wine. Vines are 75 y old. 24 months barrel aging on new French and American oak. — 17 days ago
