2013 Quinta Jose Preto Tras Os Montes Touriga Nacional. Vinified dry. Spicy black pepper, licorice, roasted fennel, chocolate. Paired with three courses. Roast kernels of scallops, butternut and glasswort, beard sauce flavored with tangerine. Smoked fillet of Lozère lamb with Le Puy green lentils, carrots, lamb sausage and condiments.
