A Costco home run, I think this was like 10 bucks. What a great value, this drinks like something much more than that. I'm drinking the 11 and based on the reviews there is clearly some variation between vintages. Mine drinks like a dry old world cab and merlot blend. Nice structure and finish will some oak and not much fruit. Very good. Decanted for 6 hours and it really sings. Will buy more, a lot more. — 10 years ago

This was a great value, originally priced around $17, currently on special for December with an additional 20% off at total wine for around 11$.

Nose of plumbs, cherries, leather, and black pepper.
Flavors of red and black cherry, soil, and tar backed by medium tannins. Dry, medium to long finish. An impressive wine for a lesser chateau in a mediocre year.

Drank 2/19/18. Paired with roasted chicken.

The nose of sweet stewed plums and red berries is quite expressive. Still present, but mild, well integrated tannins lend structure to cassis and earth flavors. Medium finish. This could go a few more years, but is in a sweet spot now. I dont think it will improve further, so drink now. Fully mature.
