From Friuli with fun. Light, perfumed, captivating. Will surpass your average prosecco and make you curious about something new. — 10 years ago
This wine was perfect to me. It was sweet and bubbly and bursting full of red fruit flavors. I've been trying a lot of white wines lately which have been delicious, but the red fruit flavors were a great change for me with this one! — 11 years ago

Ginesio Casali de Bibbiano 2005
Cellared since purchase
Decanted, appearance typical of a 10 yr old cab.
Earth and cherry on the nose, slight leathery. Ripened cherries, dark spices, particularly clove, and cedar on the front end, structured soft tannins, maybe at it's peak. Drink soon — 9 years ago
Very clean wine for the region it comes from. Would be excellent as an acidic foil for richer dishes. — 10 years ago
